Empowering Mental Wellness is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every person who visits this website or engages our care. This policy describes what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you schedule an appointment, complete intake forms, or contact us — including your name, contact details, date of birth, and any health information you choose to share. We also collect limited technical data automatically (browser type, device, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and improve your experience.

Personal and health information is used solely to provide and coordinate your care, communicate with you about appointments, process payment, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Technical data is used for analytics, security, and accessibility improvements.
